Questions to Ministers
1. Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Minister of Finance: What advice has he received on whether his partial pre-funding proposal will secure future levels of superannuation?
2. OWEN JENNINGS to the Minister of Agriculture: In light of the High Court temporary order stopping the issuing of export permits to independent apple and pear exporters, what action, if any, is he going to take to assist growers to sell apples that ENZA is refusing to buy?
3. HARRY DUYNHOVEN to the Minister of Social Services and Employment: What reports has he received on the outlook for the labour market?
4. Rt Hon WYATT CREECH to the Minister of Health: Further to her answer to oral question No. 10 last Thursday, what is her response to the New Zealand Medical Association chairperson's reported statement that the association was "disappointed and offended" by her claims in Parliament that the NZMA had no answers to rural doctor shortages in Kaitaia?
5. HELEN DUNCAN to the Minister of Education: Are current school planning and reporting requirements effective and efficient; if not, why not?

ROD DONALD to the Minister for Trade Negotiations: Is the Government still committed to the statement in the Speech from the Throne on 21 December 1999 that "legitimate issues of labour standards and environmental concerns need to be integrated better with trade agreements"; if so, what steps has the Government taken to implement this commitment?
