"Today's victory by Team New Zealand has got everything - skill, enterprise, sportsmanship and technology development,"
Richard Prebble, leader of ACT, said.
"Obviously, the team on the water deseves all our congratulations, but so many other people contributed to the victory
that the whole country feels part of it,".
Mr Prebble also said the contribution of the Italians should be recognised. "It was very sporting of them to spend
three years and over $100 million dollars helping prove the magnificence of New Zealand yachting."
