ACT Leader Richard Prebble will make his traditional state of the nation speech in Auckland on Monday.
In past years Mr Prebble has made a number of political and economic predictions in his state of the nation speech which have proved remarkably accurate. Last year's speech, for example, predicted the election date of 27 November 1999.
