CENSORSHIP: The Court of Appeal has ruled that the Bill of Right must be given ‘full weight’ in censorship cases after a ruling that a book containing details of sexual activity between men and boys was incorrectly ruled objectionable.
ATTACK: Police are investigating two unrelated sexual attacks on two girls, both aged 17, in a 3 ½ hour period in Wanganui at 1am yesterday. One man has been charged with one offence and police are looking for another man.
