ARATERE: Cook Straight Ferry Aratere broke down again this morning near Wellington Heads. The engines shut down at 6.20am and it was ten minutes before a backup engine restored power and the trip to Picton continued.
LOMU: There is a rumour that Jonah Lomu will play for the Wellington Hurricanes to be near his Wellingtonian girlfriend.
STADIUM: Night will be turned to day when the lights at Wellington’s new stadium are first tested on Wednesday.
SHORTLAND ST: A Shortland Street fan got to sit in a mock Shortland St set in the Wellington Film Centre.
