1/ TAX CUTS: The PM says she is committed to tax cuts but can't say yet when they will occur. The PM is under pressure from her b. The PM says she is waiting for economic indicators out on Friday. Labour's Helen Clark says tax cuts would be "sabotage".
2/ KOSOVO: Two British soldiers - Ghurkas - have been killed in an explosion in a school house as they helped move munitions out of the school.
3/ COMPUTER COSTS: State Services Commission is saying little about cost over runs in government computer projects. Labour says the government doesn't have the expertise.
4/ WARNING: The Securities Commission is warning investors about a company IMI Pacific which has been soliciting investment from and for Maori.
5/ AUCKLAND WATER: Auckland Mayor Christine Fletcher says a meeting on Metrowater today will not see the company abolished. Fletcher says the city should sell its airport shares to pay for a $450 million upgrade of the Mangere sewerage plant.
6/ WELLINGTON RATES: Wellington considers budget today which will see a 16% rates rise. Councillor Sue Piper says council faces difficult decisions.
