1. DNA TESTING - There are more doubts about the reliability of DNA testing after a retest of a DNA sample that had ruled out serial rapist Peter Howse on one rape charge. The retest showed it is a 3000 million to one certainty that he was the man.
2. TOWN IMMUNISED - The health of an entire Bay of Plenty town will be in the spotlight next week, when everyone in Murapara is immunised against meningitis. There has been a high incidence of the disease in the area.
3. ROYAL WEDDING - The wedding of Prince Edward and Sophie Rhys-Jones is shaping up to be a low key event.
4. POST - A system for sorting mail designed by a New Zealand postie is attracting interest from overseas.
