collision. The White House is reluctant however to apologise.

surgery. The calls come following a repeat prosecution of a doctor.

ISRAEL: Talks between Israeli and Palestinian security chiefs will resume today with US mediation. The meetings
represent an attempt by both sides to find a way out of escalating violence. After the meetings ended yesterday a
firefight broke out injuring eight. Meanwhile five Israeli soldiers have been killed in a road accident on the West
Bank.
AUCKLAND AIRPORT: Auckland Airport is facing growing congestion problems as the number of planes using the facility
increases.
TEACHER TO BE STRUCK OFF: The Teacher Registration Board is looking at striking off an HIV positive teacher who has
plead guilty to sexually assaulting pupils.

them as well as for garden centres.
