TELECOMMS INQUIRY: The telecommunications inquiry has suggested changes to the telecommunications framework.

INTEREST RATES: The Reserve Bank has opted not to increase interest rates this morning in spite of looming price rises. The decision is considered evidence of the fragility of the NZ economy.
