sentences of home detention. The Minister of Justice says that it is not appropriate for persistent and violent
offenders to serve sentences at home.

RESERVE BANK: The Reserve Bank Governor Don Brash will announce this morning whether the bank will increase its bench
mark interest rate. Most economists are not expecting a rise today. Dr Brash warned in a speech a couple of weeks ago
that he could ignore an inflation spike.

CONCORDE: British Airways has suspended its Concorde Fleet following word that it was about to be suspended by the
