PRISON SEX: The Dominion leads today with a report that prison inmates should be able to have sex with their partners
behind bars as a reward for good behaviour, Corrections Minister Matt Robson said last night.
FIJI COUP: The front page is dominated by a picture showing Commonwealth Secretary General Don McKinnon with George
Speight and UN Envoy Sergio Viera de Mello. A report syas that captive Fiji PM Mahendra Chaudhry was seen by two
international leaders last night, but he was not given their unequivocal support to remain Fiji’s leader.
FIJI COUP AND DOLLAR: Another report on the coup reports that not even a coup can save the Kiwi dollar – it is now worth
less than the Fiji dollar.
