EMPLOYER RELATIONS ACT INTRODUCED: The Employment Contracts Act is on the way out with the Government replacing the industrial legislation with the Employment Relations Act. EMPLOYER RELATIONS ACT DETAIL: The new law again allows unions to recognise unions ability to recruit workers in the workplace.
