TRADE SUPPORT MOOTED: The PM says NZ exporters need the same help to export that foreign companies need. She plans to talk to the Trade Development Board about how to accomplish what she wants.
DAIRY MERGER: The Minister of Agriculture says that NZ’s biggest export industry could fall behind if the Dairy Mega-Merger fails to go ahead. The failure in the merger could result in NZ failing to keep up with globalisation.
SPANISH ELECTIONS: The center-right PM is expected to win narrowly in Spanish elections. However he is expected not to have a clear majority in Parliament. Catalan nationalists are expected to hold a balance of power.

TODDLER KILLERS: Two British teenagers who are in jail for the killing of toddler Jamie Bulger have had their sentences reduced by a European court.
