DICK SMITH BALLOONIST: Kaitaia launch for Dick Smith balloonist. At dawn the forecast was perfect for the Tasman
crossing. Smith will use the trip to promote a new range of food products. Smith is expected to have to make a sea
landing on the other side of the ditch.

MILLIONAIRE SHOCKER: American millionaire Rick Rockwell who married on a TV game show has been accused by an
ex-girlfriend of being a woman beater. In 1991 Rockwell was ordered to stay away from a woman. Producers of the TV show
did not know. Rockwell has returned from his Carribean honeymoon without his new bride.
