the MP drunks. Rodney Hide says it is not good enough and he wants names. Nandor says some MPs were drunk at a

arbitrators will have to decide because of the disagreement. Team NZ wants onboard umpires - some say they think added
weight will make them go faster. On penalty turns the match is expected to lose some of its spectator lustre if boats
have to do penalty turns immediately.
