We received the above image yesterday via e-mail. It appears to show a soldier carrying a Steyr rifle with an Australian imprint the word “Humps” and various things written in Indonesian on it.

The image is dated 10 June 1999 and was originally named interfet.jpg - but this may not be accurate.

The Scoop news puzzle of the day is to write a caption for the photograph. Please send to editor@scoop.co.nz. Scoop in the meantime will endeavour to obtain a translation of the words.
