NEWSFLASH: UN Mandates Timor Peacekeepers

After a marathon all day and all night session in New York the UN Security Council has just voted to approve the deployment of UN Peacekeepers in East Timor.
No details of the resolution are yet available. Scoop will bring more news as it comes to hand.
