US President is presently on R in Queenstown staying at the Millbrook resort tonight. Tomorrow he will travel to Christchurch.

According to Scoop's informants the secret service are a fairly opposed to water based activities so it is far from clear whether the US President will in fact launch himself into into the void over Skipper's Canyon.
