Labour MP Shane Jones is to give his valedictory speech at 5.30pm as he quits Parliament ahead of the election.
After Question Time, MPs are scheduled to return to the Budget debate with 6 hours 45 minutes remaining in the second reading of the Appropriation (2014/15 Estimates) Bill.
If the Government decides to adjourn the debate the next business on the Order Paper is the second reading of the Local Government Act 2002 Amendment Bill (No 3), the third reading of the Food Bill and the committee stage of the Vulnerable Children Bill
