Meridian Energy’s Status To Be Debated

A motion on the status of Meridian Energy will be debated when Parliament sits today.
Following Question Time there will be a one hour debate on the motion “That Meridian Energy Limited be a public organisation for the purposes of the Standing Orders”.
This will be followed by the third reading of the Student Loan Scheme Amendment Bill (No 3) and the second reading of the Victims of Crime Reform Bill.
