Amendments to electoral law were introduced this afternoon.
When Parliament resumed at 2pm the Government set down the Electoral Amendment Bill for its first reading. This bill implements changes to the Electoral Act recommended by the Justice and Electoral
Committee's Inquiry into the 2011 General Election.
