Youtube Video: A Magical Day Out For A Group Of Porirua Kids
The Scoop Team
Earlier this month talented Wellington-based film maker Ro Tierney tagged along with a busload of kids from Cannons Creek School as they went to a showing of the animated film of 'Peter and The Wolf' accompanied by the NZSO as part of the International Festival of the Arts. What resulted was this moving film which captures the joy and wonder of the kid's experience.
The kids were attending the performance as part of the NZ Post sponsored SchoolFest. Ro had caught NZ Post's eye with his 'Snow on Cuba Mall' film last year which snared over 400,000 views on Vimeo and YouTube and they thought he was the right talent to capture what turned out to be a very special day. Enjoy.
