House To Return To Search Bill On March 20
After a week’s adjournment next week the Government intends to complete the committee stage of the Search and Surveillance Bill and the Crown Pastoral Land (Rent for Pastoral Leases) Amendment Bill, Leader of the House Gerry Brownlee said today.
Brownlee told MPs in his business statement to the House that the Government would also seek to make progress on other Government bills.
When Parliament resumed at 2pm select committee reports were presented on the:
2010/11 financial review of The Treasury and of the Financial statements of the Government of New Zealand for the year ended 30 June 2011 by the Finance and Expenditure Committee; and the
2010/11 financial review of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand by the Finance and Expenditure Committee
