Prime Minister John Key and Speaker Lockwood Smith welcomed senior members of the Vietnamese Government at parliament today. General Secretary of the Communist Party Nong Duc Manh inspected assembled NZ Air Force personnel to the sounds of a military brass band. Mr Mahn, the senior leader in the Vietnamese system, and his Ministers will hold policy talks with NZ Ministers later in the afternoon.
