Scoop Audio: Scoop's Selwyn Manning & Radio Adelaide's Peter Godfrey discuss how the NZ Reserve Bank governor Alan Bollard has forced interest rates down announcing the Official Cash Rate (OCR) will be reduced from 6.5 percent to 5.0 percent.
Also, Auckland City Council is looking at introducing a bylaw to force homeless people off the central city streets.
