Dominion Finance wins support for North South moratorium
Dec. 2 – The voluntary administrators of Dominion Finance Holdings Ltd. said the moratorium of its North South Finance unit won stockholder approval.
Shares of Dominion Finance last traded at 1 cent on Oct. 8 and have slumped about 100% this year.
DFH is essentially a shell with limited cash available, with one of its operating units in receivership and the other, being North South.
