95bFM Audio: Jose Barbosa interviews Stephan Chan is Professor of International Relations in the University of London, and foundation Dean of Law and Social Sciences at the School of Oriental and African Studies. He's an expert on Africa, particularly Zimbabwe and Robert Mugabe and he says we shouldn't be so quick to label the Gabster as a complete looney. Chan also discusses China and Africa and their relationship and he also looks at South Africa and what's may happen when Mbeki stands down in 2009.
