Hi folks,
Seeing part of the schedule to the warrant on Scoop (attached [and above]) I compared it to cyber_hori's Trademe feedback. It's interesting to see which items the Police chose to include.
I also notice that the schedule is headed "Auctions won by cyber_hori since 1 January 2006" whereas the listings shown all precede this date.
The Police appear to have misled the court to get the warrant.

To The Editor Dominion Post
16 Oct 07
Some of the residents of the Wellington "bicycle repair shop" raided by police are claiming dismay surprise that a group of harmless pacifists and bicycle mechanics are being subjected to state repression. One of these, [name deleted], has written that peaceful protest is futile. He was involved with Multicultural Aotearoa, which The Dominion Post spent several months in 2004 praising and advertising as virtuous and noble. The efforts of that culminated in a riot.
The omnipresent [organisation name deleted] is part of the same coterie of bicycle mechanics, and is generously provided a web page on the website of the Wellington City Council, as a "human rights" organisation.
When not serving as a bicycle repair shop the Wellington house is the headquarters of the Wildcat Anarchist Alliance, which provides the nucleus for a myriad of fronts and ad hoc groups such as the two named. One of their stalwarts wrote to a newspaper about a year ago that violence for political ends is justifiable, and several years ago to show his revolutionary zeal threatened to "arrange" for my wife to "beaten up". Hopefully The Dominion Post will be a bit more circumspect in supporting these cycle repairers in future when they don one of their "anti-racist", "anti-fascist", or pseudo-pacifist caps.

Terrorist in NZ?
We are all surprised by the recent police raids on Maori and "peace activists" around NZ.
This is concerning for NZ for a number of reasons.
Firstly, it shows that Maori Radicals are actually getting ready to attack the NZ system, and the fact they are getting support from so many protest orgs shows the climate of NZ is getting worse - people are moving to a new level of readiness for internal warfare. With only 800 soldiers ready to go in NZ, we as a nation are not ready to defend against a concentrated attack from terror orgs.
The fact they had Molitov cocktails ready to use, they were preparing to attack something. These are not weapons one makes to sit around, they were either ready to be practiced with, or they were ready to use. The fuel in them will dissolve if it is left sitting around for too long.
There is a threat from Anarchist and Maori radical groups. The anarchists who say they are peaceful are liars. They burn flags and get in peoples faces, they are so sure of themselves being right, that they feel they are justified in their cowardly types of violence (threatening women and families and putting up hateful websites about people they dislike).
I have seen the their hate and violence first-hand. They are liars, and will follow mob mentality at a moments notice.
We as a Nation need to watch now for what will come of this. These actions from the police will encourage more anti-Gov orgs to prepare for civil war. This is a real fact, reaction and counter reaction, its push and shove type stuff. You push me I shove you. We are only months or maybe a couple of years away from bombs and assignations.
The things that scare me the most is now the police will attack all protest movements and treat them like terrorists. It will remove more of our rights and piss off your average NZer who may be a bit anti-Gov, and now awakes to a police state.
I like to have my say and to do as I wish, I will not stand by and let the reds and anarchists attack our country, but at the same time cannot support the police in their actions.
There needs to be a better way to sort this out. If I was the Gov, I would seriously be looking at why NZers are now ready to take up arms! Its their bad Management and the suffering of those who feel they are not herd who will fight. The numbers of these people are growing as the numbers of those who give up on voting grow.
Many people now feel they can not vote for a good option anymore....
Kyle Chapman.
