The Head of Child, Youth and Family, Ray Smith said today he is extremely concerned at allegations made in the NZ Herald
that young offenders attending a Child, Youth and Family course smoked marijuana, drank alcohol and were trained to
handle firearms. He said, "Child, Youth and Family is treating these allegations very seriously. If there is any truth
