This morning at 11am Mr Hager held a press conference to announce the existence of a book "Hollow Men: A Study In The Politics Of Deception" which – thanks to Friday's injunction obtained by Don Brash against John and Jane Doe – cannot now be sold and acquired for the nation's Christmas stockings.
