Milwaukee officials are counting every ballot by hand in order to find out how many ballots were really cast in
Tuesday's election. They presently report 35,000 more ballots counted than cast. There is presently no plan to count any

is not an 'expert'. He joins the growing list of non-experts who make crucial decisions on voting systems; people like
