Unionists Brave Rain For Employment Rights

Members of many unions today rallied at Parliament, protesting against Wayne Mapp's 90 day probationary employment bill. The crowd seemed smaller than the several thousand predicted by the Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union - probably due to the steady rain falling during Wellington's lunchtime.
