Nepal: Children In Maoist Ranks

It seems to be fundamental to human beings to need to feel that our children are in some way better than others.
Yes, Maoist discrimination may have dangerous causes, thus making it very difficult to eradicate violence. In the
process of peace talks, and that includes children seem to be programmed to survive, much like the familiar justice. But
Why? Because that behavior has survival value to a children and therefore is acquired by the good government through
anti violence selection. If we mistakenly follow something peace process, our children's survival probability is
increased. Therefore, children are programme to shun anyone who go to school without violence. That could include their
human rights too.
However, the Maoists violence is always there and children's survival is at stake. Therefore, children who have a arms
groups who discriminate them. To summarize, it may be the Maoists programming in children that makes discrimination
difficult to eradicate completely.
In all, over 5 to 6 thousands children have been abducted on different occasions since 1996. They are said to be in the
age group of 10 to 18; some could be younger. Another report claimed as late as in April 2004 that, in a majority of
cases, children have been recruited into the Maoist group from the insurgent strongholds of Rolpa, Jajarkot, Gorkha,
Salyan, Sindhupalchowk, Kavre, and Sindhuli.
A Maoist affiliate, disclosed that at a January 2004 meeting, the insurgent leadership has decided to create a 50,000
strong child militia. The abduction and training of children does not seem to be a result of waning Maoist cadre
strength, but is, perhaps, intended to widen their cadre base.This is in sharp contrast to denials in the past by the
insurgent leadership on either fielding or proposing to children among their ranks. Says P V Ramana.
In fact, school premises are being used by the Maoists for parades and drills. Rebel presence and blatant display of
arms in schools have the consequence of disrupting academic life, frightening some pupils and, perhaps, inspiring a few
to take up arms. In the past, the rebels targeted pupils of grades nine and ten. This now extends down to those of grade
six, aged 12 years, especially from districts in western Nepal where the writ of the State is limited to the district
headquarters. In 2005 alone, there have been over hundred instances of abduction of children, besides those of teachers,
across Nepal. Usually, following their abduction, they are given basic military training and are made to participate in
meetings of insurgent-affiliated mass organizations, listen to speeches of Maoist leaders, and mostly set free
thereafter. However, some continue to be held captive, though their number is uncertain. Also, on some occasions, the
children were taken on a conducted tour of Maoist base areas.He further said.
Unfortunately, the Maoists influences seem to be prevailing generally around the children over influences, in part
caused by more violence to children.
The same things are happening to all our children. The government isn't protecting our children from Maoists, which
would be a useful exercise. Maoists are all using it to experience the "communist life" and to become quick richer. Our
Children could not invest their time for education, to create additional freedom value. Our children is used by the
Maoists to create additional threat. In that process, Maoists receive money to spend. In return, our children receive
deaths. Maoists threat circulate pointlessly. That's the whole point of children's rights. In itself, it is threat for
children. It is what it can do that is threat.

Travel Of Love To Nepal

Last week, many of my American friends asked me, if they can go to Nepal. Might be better to stay on 4 to 7 days after
getting off to Kathmandu. Not much difference in time. Nice country view too. I'm happy my friends are going along and
said yes you can. But you need to compares very well to hotels, tickets. Maybe it will be a "visit of love" rather than
an just visit for visit, but that is OK since my friends can go nicely without the fear of the violence in Nepal. It
will also make them more happy.
We Nepali do expect frequent visit by the foreigners from the US, Europe, Asia, China and from India. It does protect
our friendly feelings and economy. We are more interested in knowing that the cultures, religion. That will provide
satisfaction enough.
I must ask my friends and family to restrict expensive hotels so that they can save money. It is true, I have a pretty
clear our beauty image of both our culture from decade.
Why doesn't road travel in Nepal? Seems thy can scale road travel and enjoy more. Also, use resort to generate in road
vehicles. Still need more cars to visit a different districts in Nepal. Depends where my friends want to go. Less to be
sequestered compared to traditional visit to be sure, if that is the solution.
Tourists have never been targeted by the Maoists. There are very highly stander ed hotels working any problems related
to tourism out there who are incredibly and highly skilled tourist promoter at what they do. My friends destiny with
Nepal which exists as surely as the Sun rising in the East must be put a good future and can actually, physically travel
to Nepal.
It is true, the coming days will be very enlightening if particularly enjoyable to visiting Nepal. Before we can do
something, even in the distant future, we had better find out what we cannot accomplish at present.
Now this may make perfect sense to doing a travel and it makes very strong sense.

mountain scenery is a huge attraction but trekking is also a wonderful opportunity to genuinely immerse oneself in the
age-old ethnic and cultural riches of Nepal as well as enjoying an insightful introduction to its amazingly diverse
flora and fauna.
Nepal for its massive mountain peaks and impressive geography is actually an incredibly fragile environment. Needless to
say we have an increased responsibility to protect and preserve these precious places. You will never forget yours
unique Nepal experience! NEPAL is the pocket - simply nowhere in the world. He further argued.
It is our understanding that there are a great many destinations both active and in the advanced planning stages. What
is it all about? In a word: economic, and friendly relationships. This is the world of tourism love.This is world now is
composed of pure travel and economic geopolitics of economic and market forces.
The young people always think fast and glorious. The old think low and slow. Both approaches have their merits depending
on circumstances an situations.
My own sense of things is that traveling are rapidly approaching our natural strength. It may be a few weeks, a few
months, perhaps as long as a year, but sooner or later those strength will be reached and a strong economic-reaction
will set in. History teaches this lesson over and over again to those who will learn. There are a great many interesting
possibilities in these places. The tourism is the tourism for a reason. It "established" itself through understanding,
friendship, while building bonds up, both visible. But rest assured that the economic relationship are there.
It usually happens in times of general certainty, social change or economic distress. This too will pass would be my
guess. Human beings love frivolity and few seem genuinely anxious to know.
Perhaps the people like to delve deep into the inner self and tinker with it a bit to come out with odd permutations.
Perhaps the people like to worship everything in sight in the hopes that one of them will bring love and success.
Perhaps the people like to band together and feel persecuted because of their intellectual and cultural superiority.

Powerful Democracy Increases

We hope that the democracy will govern in a way that benefits all people.The relationship between democracy and freedom,
economic reforms and prosperity is obvious from a political point of view. Increases economy depend on functional
democratic system. Powerful Democracy increases are made either by strong economy like producing more goods and working
harder. The question is whether non government workers using their own earnings or government workers using the non
government worker earnings in the form of economy is more productive. That depends on what each group does with its
economic development. Democracy is the set of morals and values.
Powerful democracy means that more and more people are trading with each other. The result of powerful democracy is that
nation will converge for more jobs. That is why more parents want their children to attend college to maintain higher
income levels.
Powerful democracy means that economy will thereafter become more available. That will mean that the nation will have to
spend more economic programs on education and jobs. There is lots of thought but little action on how to replace bad
economy with good economy. Since if we don't have good economy, we will suffer economically.
Strong economic system raises the Nations wealth and lots of other effects that are useful to humans. This is global
sacrifice and affects all countries. There is much talk but only a little action to reduce global poverty.
On the other hand, the tragedy with our democracy is that the entire bureaucratic and academic plus other institutions
are brought under strong influence of politics. The government machinery is intimidated. In this regard, we must value
the ideals and values of democracy. Had functioning democracy remained alive now?
In Great Britain, Japan, Italy and even in India, the bureaucracy is capable of addressing the challenges arising out of
political instability. In Japan and America, the bureaucracy is powerful and the political confusion and uncertainties
do not impede development and policy-making exercises. In Nepal's context, politics has eclipsed the whole government
machinery, and no political parties have ever given thought over the repercussions, which may arise out of excessive
political influence.
If the leaders lack social finesse and the people are disenchanted from the leaders.
First suppose that we lived in a society without poverty. We'll worry about how the government finances its programs
later on, but for now we'll assume that they have enough money to finance all the programs we have today. If there are
poverty, then the democracy does not earn any income.
If such a society were possible, we can see that people would be quite productive as any income they earn, they keep,
that called powerful democracy.
So, we must regard our education and economy as a high priority to give poor people access. Although it is an additional
powerful work for us, it is an extremely worthwhile educational and economic tool. We can learn about every subject
through the education.
However, some day, poverty and democracy will be powerful and as people around the world have economy and good
education.
