Most of today's Prime Minister's post cabinet press conference involved PM Helen Clark answering questions about the report out today on the Companies Office decision not to prosecute former Attorney General David Parker for making a false declaration. The cabinet readout occurs at approximately 8 minutes 50 seconds into this audio clip.
