Do We Need Bin Laden to Tell Us Arabs & Muslims Targeted?
Do we need Osama Bin Laden to tell us the Arab and Muslim world is being targeted. Case in point, Israel has lobbed
thousands of missiles and bombs at Palestine since the January 25th election, killing dozens and dozens of men, women
and children and the US press is not interested in reporting it.
Gaza is still largely blockaded and the 1.5 million residents are being starved and lack medicine. Two weeks ago the
bombing in Gaza was so intense that blood and body parts were covering streets and triage centers were being set-up in
tents to attend the wounded because buildings were being bombed.
Bush has declared the Palestinian Authority a terrorist organization because of the Hamas government. That means 160,000
Arab and mostly Muslim teachers, doctors, nurses, garbage collectors, town accountants and managers, street sweepers
etc. etc. are now officially "terrorists" - and no longer receive salaries. They now may be targeted "legitimately" by
Israel for extrajudicial execution which is usually performed by guided missiles that kill scores of others that happen
to be nearby.
Without money, food or medicine and with constant assaults by land, sea and in the air, Palestine, in my opinion, has
been set up for genocide. Meanwhile settlers and Israel soldiers still kill farmers for their land, homes are still
bulldozed, and the wall is almost complete, cutting communities in half, stealing water resources and farmlands. And
cities with tens of thousands of residents (Bethlehem, for example) now are completely surrounded by the wall and have
only one entry/exit and are frequently locked in and under siege.
Oh, yes, and one desperate Palestinian blew himself up, dedicating his act to the 7000 Palestinians imprisoned and
tortured by Israel (which includes hundreds of children). Tragically nine Israelis were also blown to smithereens. It
was a terrible act which was widely reported. But then again, Israelis died and were injured - not Arabs and Muslims.
