Scoop has obtained an audio recording of what could be called, by many upstanding citizens, comic hooliganism. A small group of comedians going by the name of the The Rock, Frank Martinez, and The Row have been interacting with various Government departments, major fast food chains and large unhelpful companies.
The results of this audio hooliganism/comedy hybrid are expected to hit the streets late March 2006. The audio Scoop was able to obtain involves a department currently overseen by embattled Cabinet Minister David Benson Pope (WINZ).

Frank Martinez is a third year AUT communications student in his final year of BCS majoring in PR and minoring in advertising. Frank says the project is a creative outlet and believes it serves as a well over due public service.
The Row, aka Deathrow, is a Cuban hip hop music producer who resides in Auckland. The Row is instrumental in progressing Rock's career path in both music and the adult entertainment industry.
The Rock's alleged debut album 'Alpha metrics' will be out before the end of the year. Keep an ear out for the first single 'Love Burglar'.
