12.15 Dr Max Abbott Dean of AUT's faculty of Public Health. 1 in 5 New Zealanders and 1 in 4 Aucklanders is a migrant. Dr Max Abbott is one of the country's leading researchers on migrant health. How do migrants fare in this country? Dr Abbott has headed several studies on health issues affect different migrant communities. We'll ask him why for example, older Chinese migrants get depressed and why Samoan mothers have such low rates of post natal depression.

1.00 Dr Rob Salmond. Lecturer in Victoria University political studies department and US expat will give his take on media coverage of the US Presidential Elections.
1.15 Arc Cafe There are fears it's the end of an era for Dunedin's iconic Arc Cafe, which has been a hub for the local music scene for seven years. 1.45 Imogen Neale with the Mag review. This week Imogen is wondering whether a good mag should be any more than light relief. She's in the studio.
Aucklanders can tune in at 95 on the FM dial. From the desk of Noelle McCarthy News and Editorial Director Radio 95bfm
