9/11 Commission Secret Mission To Pakistan
From UnansweredQuestions.org Co-Founder Kyle Hence
Here follows two articles on a secret mission to Pakistan by members of the 9/11 Commission leaving one wondering if
perhaps when the Joint Inquiry Report refers to "foreign involvement" preceding 28 redacted pages that it may be
referring to Pakistan in addition to Saudi Arabia, widely held under suspicion about a possible role in 9/11.
Yesterday the UQ Wire posted [ http://www.scoop.co.nz/mason/archive/scoop/stories/88/7f/200310291028.eb206ccd.html ] excerpts from an article challenging what the highly skeptical author calls the new 'official legend of 9/11". As John
Judge comments below the author's case is built almost solely on an analysis of 'confessions'; confessions pulled out of
alleged 9/11 accomplices under torture or drugs in undisclosed overseas locations--confessions from accomplices reported
dead one month only to be resurrected and 'captured' months later. Should these confessions be believed? Most believed
the FBI had fingered the right 19 but now according to the BBC at least five of the 19 are alive and well? What else are
they getting wrong or worse, 'fabricating'. Hopefully with further media scrutiny and pressure from the victim families
the Commission will forced to separate the spin, myth and urban legends from the truth.
For those serious about investigating this further it seems a review of French philosopher Bernard Henri Levy's latest
book "Who Killed Daniel Pearl?" would be in order. Levy was recently hosted on C-SPAN's booknotes.

P.S. Seeing as Chaim Kupferberg's article broaches the subject of the financing of 9/11, what ever happened to FBI field
agent Robert Wright's book on his FBI HQ's obstructed investigation into terrorist financing? Agent Wright is now being
represented by David Schippers and Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch. His book was originally 20% redacted. Now I
understand from sources who have spoken with Agent Wright that they have completely censored his book.

US 9/11 probe commission on secret mission in Pak: Report
Asian News International
Islamabad, October 28
A US team is here to investigate a possible link to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
But according to the Dawn newspaper, the visit is being kept under wraps with neither the Pakistan Government nor the
American Embassy here willing to reveal any details about the investigating team.
According to the paper, the members of the "National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States" have
reportedly been provided with full access to certain classified information, documents, institutions and individuals in
different parts of the country. They have also been granted permission to go to the tribal areas.
Created by a Congressional legislation and under the signature of US President George W Bush in 2002, the commission has
been asked to prepare a full and complete account of the circumstances surrounding the terrorist attacks.
The paper claims that three of the commission's ten members arrived here last week to meet key government officials and
and individuals they deemed relevant to their inquiry.
This is the first visit by the commission to Pakistan since it was formed last year.
The visit assumes significance as all information received from Pakistan will be attributable and recorded in the
commission's final report that will be made public, the paper said.

9/11 probe body's visit kept under wraps
ISLAMABAD, Oct 27: Three professional staff members of the United State's Independent National Commission investigating
the Sept 11 terrorist attacks to draw possible linkages are currently in Pakistan but their visit has been kept under
wraps, Dawn has learnt.
The commission, officially referred to as 'National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States' was created
by Congressional legislation and under the signature of the US President George W. Bush in 2002. It has been tasked to
prepare a full and complete account of the circumstances surrounding the Sept 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, including
preparations for and the immediate response to the attacks.
The three professional staff members of the 10-member commission arrived here last week to meet officials in key
government institutions and to interview individuals that they deem relevant to their inquiry.
This is the first visit by staff members of the high-profile commission to Pakistan since it was formed in late 2002.
The members of the commission have already received some official briefings in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and have been
travelling all over Pakistan.
There has been no official word about their arrival from either a government office or the US embassy in Islamabad. None
of the officials Dawn contacted were willing to even talk about the visit.
The members of the commission are said to have been given full access to certain classified information, documents,
institutions and individuals in different parts of the country. They have also been granted permission to go to the
tribal areas.
The visit of the commission staffers assumes significance given that all the information and inputs they get from
Pakistan will be attributable. It will be recorded in the commission's final report that will be made public. It becomes
even more significant coming at a time when the US government has been under fire for serious security lapses and errors
by its intelligence agencies, the CIA and the FBI.
