Aquada Article Misleading
This article is extremely misleading ( amongst many others)and fails to acknowledge the 'actual' inventor being Terry Roycroft of Auckland.
It is typical of the style of 'entrepreneur's to claim the glory whilst the real genius is demoted to near if not actual oblivion.
The real inventor barely gets a mention even on the TV news, other than "I bought his patent"
The footage exists to prove substantially the actual genius of the "lifting wheels" design without which this would never have seen the light of day and was superbly displayed for all to see several times.
Many people were involved in this project over many years, none the least being the true "inventor".
Military versions were designed many years ago also, and drawings exist to prove this substantially.
Whilst every inventor might appreciate the sterling input of valuable entrepreneurs and their financial input to make the dream possible, it will be interesting to see who gains the worldwide credits eventually with the real inventor on the 'foredeck',not Alan Gibbs.
Do please support 'kiwi ingenuity' not financial muscle to encourage others to innovate the technologies this country desperately needs as we have the very best there is to promote upwards and not bury them in this manner yet again.

Radio Network and 91ZM’s Tasteless Antics
Radio Network & the 91ZM radio station seem to believe that broadcaster Iain Stables is worthy of an ongoing and sustained defence of his various immature & tasteless antics, as evidenced by a recent Broadcasting Complaints Authority report. What is really amusing in all of this is that Stables has no idea that it is he, not the people he targets, who is being so easily exploited and abused by his "bosses". Time & time again Stables willingly takes the hits for The Radio Network, compliant yet powerless in his role of radio "fall guy", all the while believing that what he does & how he acts actually matters. His fans don't support Stables because they respect or even like him: it's just that he is so willing to be a scapegoat for them - and in doing so, he sacrifices himself on the alter that is his own ego. Stables may even attempt to hide behind humour or attempted retribution whe seems to struggle in the ratings..............
Yours faithfully
