Who is safe now? Today we learn the International Red Cross is scaling back it's operations in Baghdad, after warnings
it may be a target. The warnings come as a bomb ripped through the home of one of Iraq's most important Muslim Shiite
clerics in the holy city of Najaf. And just last month two International Red Cross workers were murdered, the second of
them in his clearly marked Red Cross car. Today we're joined by Andrew Mackie from the Red Cross based in Wellington.
