Dr Andrew Laidley of the Victoria University Institute of Policy Studies. He was a senior UN legal advisor and has worked closely with Sergio Vieira de Mello, counting him a close friend and valuable colleague. Laidley joins us to talk of de Mellos sad passing and life as a UN worker.
