Rosalea Barker takes to the road and illustrates the way from San Jose….
1) Why it's called the Golden Gate. Looking across the Bay of San Francisco from the eastern hills. To the right of the GG Bridge is Marin County, to the left is the 7X7 mile tip of the peninsula - the city of San Francisco!
2) San Jose railway station.
3) Sign in a San Jose shop.
4) Warm and fuzzy! Amtrak's commuter train - the Capitol Corridor - which goes from San Jose to Sacramento up the east side of the bay. Now you know the way from San Jose.
