Balance of Payment statistics released moments ago by the Department of Statistics contain no surprises say economists.
The deficit for the year to June was 7.54 Billion, 7.1% of GDP and roughly the same as revised BOP figures issued last
week.
The quarterly figure was $1.392 billion which compares with $1.181 billion for the previous year.
On a seasonally adjusted basis the deficit has improved for the past two quarters.
