Scoop Images: White Island Erupts!

Wow! White Island of the coast of the Bay of Plenty is now erupting and sprewing ash as far away as Whakatane. The crater lake has turned bright yellow.... these pictures were taken by scientists from the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Science on April 18th.
