What- this documentary explores the Globalisation phenomenon and the influence on it's indigenous peoples the Maori from Aotearoa / New Zealand in the South Pacific. This piece of work is timely given current
global trends and issues facing all peoples.

The globalisation theme covers 5 areas;
1) an introduction to Maori people and their society in New Zealand
2) an analysis of the global free market, what is it? who influences and controls it?
3) what are the economic, social, political, cultural and environmental implications?
4) are there opportunities and benefits for Maori?
5) what is the future for Maori and others?
