Have you ever found yourself turning and tossing in the bed despite feeling exhausted? After a long day at work, rushing home to cook, taking care of your children and finally it was your time to wind down yet you can’t relax. So what do you do, you start to think about what you need to do at work, planning for the weekend and prepare for your kids, soon, it was morning.
According to the Best Health website, 2 out of 5 adults sleep badly and especially older adults. That is why you can see some of the Asian older adults are dancing on the dance floor with Zumba fitness so to get a better sleep at night.
The anecdotal evidence from the participants who came to the said they had been able to sleep since the Zumba Fitness. To some, it is a small prize to pay not in term of financial term, rather an hour exercise to trade for a great eight hours sleep.
It is crucial to create a “spare” between the winding down period in order to relax your body and mind. It helps to break away from the daily rush and to allow the transition from the adrenaline rush to generate endorphins by doing exercise.
So why don’t you come and join us and it is only a gold coin of $3 per person and anyone who is under 16 or over 65 are free.
