Global Access Bars Day Celebrated In Kapiti
Kapiti locals will be joining tens of thousands of people worldwide having their bars run to celebrate Global Access Bars Day on 6 January.
Access Bars® is a holistic therapy that involves 32 points on the head that when gently touched release limitations, stress and tension from your life and body.  “The Bars can help with insomnia, body aches, depression, stress, addictions and disabilities” says local facilitator, Patina Edwards.  “At worst it will feel like a great massage, and at best your whole life will change with greater ease.”
The Bars was created 25 years ago in the US and is now taught in 46 countries worldwide. Hundreds of New Zealanders are now Access Bars practitioners or facilitators.
Local practitioners are offeringfree taster bars sessions at the Z Health Studio at 10 Seaview Rd,  Paraparaumu Beach on Monday evening from 6:00-9:00 pm.
