Join our panel of experts, TAPS Adjudicator Peter Pratt, Kathy Daly (Team Leader Product Safety, Compliance Management, Medsafe), Hilary Souter (CEO, Advertising Standards Authority) and a representative from the Commerce Commission.
• Kathy Daly will cover Medsafe’s role in the compliance of advertisements for therapeutics and comment on common issues and hot topics.
• Hilary Souter will include an update on recent therapeutic advertisement complaints and guidance on substantiation in advertising, along with some comments on the use of digital media.
• The Commerce Commission will give an overview of their current concerns and activities.
• Peter Pratt will review specific advertising issues for Prescription Medicines, OTCs and Natural Products.
