Groundbreaking Skin Treatment RegimA Finally Available In New Zealand
A groundbreaking skincare treatment originally created in South Africa to treat scarring is now finally available in New Zealand.
Developed for the use of plastic surgeons and dermatologists, RégimA is the most advanced, medically accepted, skin care programme created to attack the ageing free radicals and toxins associated with modern living. RégimA is hailed by Specialist Doctors as the most significant medical breakthrough in skin rejuvenation in recent times.
First used on accident and burns victims, RegimA was so successful its creators went on to produce a professional cosmeceutical range of skin treatments which will be launched next month in New Zealand at Absolute Skin Care Clinic in Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast.
New Zealand Managing Director, Brenda Lockie, said many skin problems were associated with excessive build-up of dead cells, making the skin hardened and dull.
“The RégimA regime is centred on a Peel & Heal philosophy and works by gently and gradually removing the outer dead layer of skin and working down to the dermis, at the same time using nanotechnology to reach the deepest living layer of skin."
She said the RégimA home care range uses fruity acids, Lactic Acid from milk and Malic Acid from apples. These are the most skin-friendly, have less irritating effects and achieve maximum result.
Lockie said RegimA was being launched on the Kapiti Coast first “because the area’s seaside location and strong winds in winter could be very tough on people’s skin. Given the seasonal timing of this launch the Wellington region was a perfect fit and we plan to launch in other regions over the coming months."
RegimA is suitable for all skin types, including the most sensitive. It provides rejuvenation for sun damaged, crepey, wrinkled skins, ageing neck, sagging breasts, creased décolleté and pigmentation. It also works on under eye circles, age spots, acne and scarring.
Lockie said the Medical Range of RegimA is also available in New Zealand and “results of trials carried out in New Zealand over the past nine months on scars, burns and acne scarring has been phenomenal”.
