DATE: MISSION SUMMARY FOR THE WESTPAC RESCUE HELICOPTER
4/12/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
4/12/06 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
4/12/06 A woman with chest pain was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
5/12/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with chest pain to Auckland City Hospital.
5/12/06 A female who had collapsed at Rangitoto Island was transported to Auckland City Hospital.
5/12/06 The helicopter responded to Fairy Springs Waterfalls (Waitakares) and winched a male who had head injuries after a fall.
5/12/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.
6/12/06 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
6/12/06 A beacon search was carried out at North Shore. Beacon was located and the helicopter returned to Mechanics Bay.
7/12/06 The helicopter was tasked to Long Bay (Coromandel). Stood down enroute.
7/12/06 After a truck v van at Port Jackson (Coromandel) a male with numerous injuries was transported to Waikato Hospital.
8/12/06 The helicopter was tasked to Whitianga to a pregnant woman. Her baby born was born in the back of the helicopter. Mother and son were then transported to Waikato Hospital.
9/12/06 A female with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
10/12/06 A male who had fallen down steps was transported from Whangamata to Auckland City Hospital.
10/12/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Piha for a visual search after a person had fallen off Lion Rock.
10/12/06 The helicopter was tasked to Ararimu. Stood down before take off.
10/12/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Kawakawa Bay to people missing in the water. Stood down by Police.
